Executive Director's Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for planning, organization, and direction of the organization’s operations and programs.
Secure financial support and develop and implement consistent inventory and cost accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics.
Oversees and reports on the organization’s results for the board of directors. EDs must work with the board, to ensure that the mixture of programs and activities utilized by the organization are reaching the mission.
Provides leadership to and manages the efforts of staff to ensure appropriate support of all departments.
Coordinates and leads annual budget reviews, monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates with operational and senior management for all locations.
Approves major systems implementations related to cost and inventory control.
Retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and volunteers
Community Relations and Communication-Ensures that services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed goals and objectives.
Compliance and Best Practices ensure that the nonprofit stays in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Leads Job Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
They are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project
ASSISTANT PROJECT LEAD
Assistant Project Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Helps Project Leads plan and coordinate projects
Take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time.
